For decades I moved through corporate spaces, religious environments, family expectations, and professional success while holding part of myself quietly to the side. I know the cost of silence because I lived inside it for years.
I also watched other women live there too.

I understand that tension intimately. That is why I created SoftLifeLove.

How I Work
One Private Room is a single, confidential 90-minute conversation by phone. No video. No waiting room. No forms to fill out first. No one who knows you will know you were here.
You do not need language for it yet. You do not need to be certain. You do not need a plan, a label, or a timeline. You only need to arrive.
You will leave with three things:

Within 48 hours, I will send you a written reflection of what I heard, in your own words. Yours to keep, or delete.
My favorite part of this work is watching a woman realize she was never confused. She simply never had a completely private place to think.
I hold three of these rooms a week. Never more.

Before this work, I spent 14 years as a real estate managing broker handling confidential, high-stakes assets for Fortune 500 companies and government institutions. The same discretion I used handling those assets, I now use handling the most private truths of women’s lives.
